Activities
Based on the current infrastructure and the guidelines in terms of infrastructure established by the Ministry of Education, the following activities will be carried out at La Granja (Fundo San Javier) of IEST Fe y AlegrÃa 74:
Diagnosis and redesign of formative plot of the IEST
This activity is focused on the planning of the redesign of the plot destined for the training of students, based on the need to develop the competencies of the training programme and as part of the infrastructure and maintenance improvement plan, in accordance with the basic quality conditions for licensing by the Ministry of Education (land and premises).
Implementation of the improvement of the plot for productive agricultural and livestock projects.
The improvement of the plot for productive and agricultural projects at Fundo San Javier (La Granja)
consists of fitting out the training spaces based on the improvement plan defined in activity 1.
This
improvement will focus on the accessibility to the plot, delimiting the accesses to it. To this end, the
construction of a wooden raft with plastic tanks, a plate for the installation of a floating fence, two bridges with handrails, a concrete platform for a tank, concrete stairs, a drywall storage area, the installation of
doors and the construction of toilets are among the main conditioning actions. These actions aim to ensure that the access route to the plot is safe, both in the high and low rainy seasons.
In addition, a security and surveillance hut will be built at the entrance fence, which should be a minimum
of 3.00m2.
The project will directly benefit 122 students (39 women and 83 men) and indirectly benefit 488 people,
who are the students' families.
Likewise, 12 teachers of the IEST will also benefit from the infrastructure, as they will have favourable conditions for
the training process of their students.
